Why is it that some people act as though your time is unimportant? Why do they act like there is no compromise and that everything must be done their way? What is more amazing is the tone they give you when discussing these issues. They seem like they are shocked that you would dare think differently than them. I have been running into this a lot lately and it is really annoying. I wish people would understand that compromise is the key to success in any relationship, business relationships included. More gets done in a shorter time period when compromise is involved. Why do people act this way?
